Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CollectMemory, operated by AZTemi ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using collectmemory.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

CollectMemory provides event-based media collection pages that allow guests to upload photos and videos, which are synced to the event creator's Google Drive. We offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use CollectMemory. You sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans and billing

Free plan

The Free plan allows one event with up to 50 uploads. Features are limited as described on the pricing page.

Pro plan

The Pro plan is billed monthly at $5/month. It provides unlimited events and uploads and access to all features. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — you are not charged again after that.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use CollectMemory to:

• Upload, share, or distribute illegal content of any kind
• Upload content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or guests
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Content and ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you and your guests upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to transmit and process that content solely to provide the service (e.g. to sync files to your Google Drive and display them in your gallery).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store content uploaded by your guests. We recommend informing guests that their uploads will be saved to your Google Drive.

6. Google Drive integration

CollectMemory accesses your Google Drive only to create event folders and store uploads within them. We do not read, modify, or delete other files in your Drive. You can revoke access at any time via your Google account security settings.

7. Availability and modifications

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above and notify you by email where required by law.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CollectMemory, including loss of data or revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AZTemi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
